Open Banking Developer Hub
Open Banking is the idea of allowing our customers to leverage their accounts, cards, and points with other company’s products. Developer Hub is the environment dedicated to helping our partners access our APIs more easily. Developer Hub allows partners access informations and API products on a global level across NAM, EMEA and ASIA PAC.
Target and Challenge
The user base for this project consists of other corporations that were willing to partner with Citi . However, there wasn’t enough clarity on how to partner with us or how to use our APIs or our product offerings. The challenge was to strengthen the purpose of channels in which users can make partnership inquiries, contact us, view partnership use cases on a global scale
Dashboard Screens
Every section of the site is reachable, with a maximum of four taps, from the nav bar located at the top of the screen.
Dashboard provides an overview of the open banking as well as the ability to view partner stories, explore products, view documentation, and contact us for partnership inquiries.
API CATALOG
API Catalog lets the user view different product offerings, read success stories, access documentation, as well as connect with us for partner offerings.
Playground
Playground is a space where you can test the actual APIs you want to use. To get started, users get to choose their market and follow the steps to generate an access token—to proceed to our demo app to see what it’s like to make a real-life API call.
Onboarding
Users who decide to move forward with the partnership need to register and sign up in order to start integrating together.

I worked on this project as a lead designer.
Main areas of responsibility:
- UX lead (IA, wires, flows)
- Lo-fi prototyping (basic flow and interactions)
- Final product prototype (app)
